How does your Website/e-commerce service subscription work?
There is no initial cost for creating your website or e-commerce. Before starting work on your project, you will pay the first month's subscription for the desired service and commit to at least 12 installments. After paying the 12 installments, you can choose to cancel the service at any time by sending an email to info@eclipse.srl. If you wish to cancel the service before the end of the initial 12-month period, you will need to pay the remaining balance to complete the 12 months.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
We strive to ensure our clients are always satisfied, but you can cancel your subscription at any time without prior notice (If you wish to cancel the service before the end of the initial 12-month period, you will need to pay the remaining balance to complete the 12 months.). However, once you choose this option, you will no longer be able to use the project created for your business, and you will lose access to your inventory and the history of received orders.
Are there any additional costs beyond the monthly fee?
The monthly costs for Webflow and Shopify (including hosting and third-party app subscriptions) are not included in the plans listed above. The monthly fee for the plans covers all services provided by Eclipse for the creation and management of your website or e-commerce.
Can I purchase the website after the 12-month subscription period?
Yes. After the minimum 12-month subscription period, you have three options:
- Purchase the website, by agreeing on a buyout price with Eclipse and becoming the full owner.
- Continue paying the monthly fee, keeping the service active and maintaining all included benefits (support, maintenance, updates, hosting, etc.).
- Cancel the subscription, which will end the service and remove access to the website and its content.
How does the maintenance subscription service work?
In this case, there are no upfront costs except for the activation of the subscription plan, which allows you to receive continuous support for your Webflow website or Shopify store.
Unlike the subscription plan for project development, the maintenance plan has no minimum duration — you can cancel it at any time, with no notice required.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the prepaid month, after which support for your project will no longer be available.
Can I switch between plans?
Of course! You can switch between plans at any time to adapt the service to your evolving needs. The change will take effect immediately.
