Time estimate for each task
For each request, you’ll receive an estimate of the hours required. You can track both the time spent and the remaining hours through Notion using our time tracker.
Unlimited revisions
You’re free to request as many changes as you like. Our service is based solely on the time required for each task, with no limit on the number of requests.
Full Ownership, Optional Support
Your project is entirely yours once completed. Ongoing maintenance and optimization are optional but recommended to keep it performing at its best. You can activate, change, or cancel the support plan at any time.

Is subscribing to the maintenance plan mandatory when having a project built?

No. Subscription is completely optional. The project can be delivered without any ongoing support commitment.

Is the project delivered with a one-time payment and full transfer of intellectual property?

Yes. Once the project is completed and fully paid, full ownership of the website and all deliverables is transferred to the Client, without licenses or restrictions.

How does our subscription service work?

Our subscription service includes a monthly package of dedicated hours, which varies based on the chosen plan. For each request, you'll receive a clear estimate of the hours needed before the work begins. Unused monthly hours do not roll over to subsequent months.

Does the subscription only cover maintenance and optimization?

Exactly. The subscription covers maintenance, technical support, and optimization of the completed project only. It does not affect project ownership in any way.

What types of interventions can be requested?

Bug fixes, optimizations, modifications to existing sections, and the creation of new sections from scratch. For each request, you'll receive an estimate of the hours required, allowing you to choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Are there any additional costs beyond the monthly fee?

Monthly hosting fees and subscriptions to third-party apps are not included in the plans listed above. The monthly fee for the plans covers all services provided by Eclipse for the management of your web project.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time to suit your evolving needs. The change will take effect immediately.

Will I own my website once it’s completed?

Yes. Once the project is completed and paid in full, you become the sole owner of the website. The subscription only covers maintenance and support.

What happens if I cancel the subscription?

Nothing happens to your website. You keep full ownership and access. Support simply stops at the end of the billing period.
