New Level Work is a US-based leadership development platform serving 300+ global enterprise clients — from NASA to Johnson & Johnson — with a suite of coaching, training, and AI-powered solutions. Their website needed to reflect that scale: a rich, multi-audience experience spanning solutions by role, product lines, resource libraries, coaches, case studies, blog, and more. Translating a detailed Figma design into a fully functional Webflow site — with over 50 pages, deep CMS architecture, and multiple third-party integrations — required both technical precision and a thorough understanding of content-heavy B2B platforms.

The entire site was built in Webflow from a Figma prototype, faithfully preserving the design system while engineering a scalable CMS structure capable of managing blog posts, resource libraries, coach profiles, client testimonials, case studies, and solution pages — all independently editable by the client's team. Integrations with HubSpot, G2, and external learning platforms were wired in to support lead generation, review widgets, and authenticated user flows. Every page was built for performance, consistency, and editorial autonomy — so the New Level Work team can manage and expand their content without technical dependencies.
