The Webflow Pages plugin enables seamless integration between Webflow and WordPress, allowing users to design pages visually in Webflow and publish them directly to their WordPress site. This solution offers complete design flexibility without the need for custom development, accelerates page creation, and simplifies ongoing updates — empowering teams to have a dynamic and polished web presence with good efficiency.
The Work
A WordPress plugin built to make two platforms work as one.
As the lead developer, we were entrusted by Webflow to spearhead the creation and long-term maintenance of the official Webflow Pages plugin for WordPress. Our role involved architecting a seamless integration between Webflow’s visual design environment and WordPress’s powerful CMS, enabling users to effortlessly publish Webflow-designed pages into their WordPress sites without code.
Our contributions included:
Technical Architecture & Development: Designed a secure and scalable plugin architecture that ensures compatibility across a wide range of WordPress environments. Emphasized performance, caching, and a smooth user experience.
User Experience Design: Crafted an intuitive admin interface within WordPress, allowing users to authenticate, select, and sync Webflow pages with just a few clicks.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support: Established a robust testing framework and CI/CD pipeline to ensure the plugin remains reliable and up-to-date with WordPress and Webflow platform changes.
Collaboration & Communication: Worked closely with Webflow’s internal product and engineering teams, aligning on feature requirements, API usage, and user experience goals.
Plugin Directory Management: Led the submission, compliance review, and publication process for the WordPress Plugin Directory, ensuring full adherence to WordPress.org guidelines.
The Result

The plugin is now publicly available here and has been adopted by a growing base of users, streamlining Webflow-to-WordPress workflows for agencies, freelancers, and content teams.
